It was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end dealing with this company. Everyone was professional, pleasant, and willing to answer any questions that I had. They arrived on time and did a perfect install. There were no additional costs to what the original quote was, and I could not have been happier with this company. My pool heater went out on Friday.  I researched some companies and my first call was to Water Pure on Saturday morning.  The salesman (Jeff) arrived early that afternoon.  I was in a time crunch because my daughter was due to arrive in several days.  Jeff seemed less interested in selling a heater than actually getting to know me.  I signed the contract that afternoon.  The heater was delivered on Monday afternoon.  The next day, Tuesday afternoon, the heater was installed and working fine.  On Wednesday, the old heater was removed. If there is anything they could have done better, I don’t know what that would be.  I couldn’t be more pleased with Water Pure.  True story.
